Cheryl L. Lee

Cheryl L. Lee joined the Law Office of Gregory A. Hicks as an associate in 2008. Ms. Lee’s practice focuses on criminal defense, juvenile delinquency cases, personal injury cases, Social Security Disability claims and Workers’ Compensation claims. Prior to joining our office, Ms. Lee worked as an Assistant Solicitor General in Cherokee County where she prosecuted family violence cases for over two years. 

Since joining the Law Office of Gregory A. Hicks, Ms. Lee has achieved successful results for clients. In early 2009, she helped a client secure past due Social Security Disability benefits from the federal government totaling over $60,000. She has received favorable decisions for all Social Security Disability claims argued before an Administrative Law Judge and even achieved successful results for on the record reviews of files prior to appearing before the judge. In criminal defense cases, Ms. Lee has secured numerous dismissals for her clients charged with drug offenses, family violence offenses and DUI’s. 

Ms. Lee grew up in Savannah, Georgia, and graduated with Honors from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then attended and graduated with Honors from Life Chiropractic College with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and practiced successfully for 12 years, through 2003. As a former Chiropractor, Ms. Lee is able to fully understand the nature and extent of her client’s injuries. 

Ms. Lee resides in Woodstock and enjoys playing tennis and cheering on "the Dawgs".
