| Mr.
Hicks recently won freedom for a citizen that was arrested
and searched. He was facing a mandatory 30 years. After a
court hearing, the judge threw out (suppressed) all evidence
against Mr. Hicks' client. The case against the client was
then dismissed by the District Attorney. |
