A Cherokee County State Court jury has found a Florida man not guilty in the death of a Canton motorist. Richard Randall of Clermont, Fla., last week was found not guilty on three counts, including reckless driving, driving too fast for conditions, and unintentionally causing the death of another, according to Greg Hicks, attorney for Randall.
